Khaki Crusader is Sean Hotchkiss and Annmarie Dodd
Sean Hotchkiss

I started the Khaki Crusader in the fall of 2008 as a way to catalog the inspirations I was receiving from the professional tours' fairways, but, also to create an online home for people to come discuss golf apparel and style. I'm an avid reader of brilliantly presented men's wear blogs, and developed Khaki Crusader when I discovered there was no one out there talking about golf. I hope to translate and spark conversation about what's current and relevant in the game's apparel trends, while reflecting my own personal tastes.
I played junior golf all over the state of Maine, growing up right outside Portland. I did a post-graduate year at the International Junior Golf Academy in Hilton Head, SC and then went on to play four years of golf at Hobart and William Smith Colleges - where I majored in English and developed a real love for writing. I've been a clothing fanatic since I can remember, but I like to think my tastes refined a bit when I moved to New York City several years ago. I would like to, in the future, design my own collection of golf apparel.
I am thrilled with the early response to the Khaki Crusader and incredibly grateful to the fantastic people I've met in the golf apparel industry. With the addition of Annmarie to the team, I look forward to bringing our audience expanded content, the addition of women's clothing and other exciting features never-before-seen on the KC.
